Horsetail Falls Alpine Utah Hike Description
The Horsetail Falls hike in Alpine, Utah is a class hike for locals and for people in the area. It’s a fairly short hike with some good elevation gain. The hike starts at Dry Creek Canyon Trailhead just north of Lambert Park Rodeo Grounds in Alpine, Utah. The hike is a little rocky, but you can find some good flat spots for footing along the trail. It’s fairly steep, but there are plenty of places along the way to stop and rest in the shade. About 2/3 of the way along the trail you will come to a small open valley. It is filled with some beautiful wild flowers during the spring.
