BlueWater’s canyoneering rope designed in collaboration with Rich Carslon. This is a safe AND functional design. 100% Low Elongation Polyester [LEP] sheath and core. The sheath is 100% solution dyed, high strength polyester in bright colors. The Canyonator packs a walloping 5,000 lbf rated tensile strength!

The Canyon Rope has 100% Nylon core and a 100% polyester sheath. It has a great diameter to strength ratio.

The BlueWater Canyon DS (Dual Sheath) canyoneering rope has a hyrbid sheath design.  The sheath contains strands of polyester & Technora for increased resistance to cutting. This sheath a massive 5,000 lbf tensile strength.  

The BlueWater Canyonline canyoneering rope features a 100% Technora Aramid sheath.  This sheath helps provides cut resistance against sharp rocks and other sharp objects.  The Canyonline has a cabled core that is designed to elongate in the event of an accidental shock load.  This provides the user with a higher margin of safety and reduces the impact force generated in the system. The Canyonline has a 6,400 lbf tensile strong which is unique for a rope with a 9 mm diameter. This rope works well with all descenders even in wet conditions.  However, we still recommend canyoneering using a descender that allows for increased friction and safety. We highly recommend the Hoodoo Descender / Belay device

This rope is great for the rough sand stone  of southern Utah.  It is used for many industrial & military applications. It has a 100% HMPE core that is covered in a durable cabled, solution dyed polyester sheath. It sheds water quickly. It should only be used with a descender that allows you to add friction, like the Hoodoo Belay device. It is NOT recommended for use with an ATC or Pirana descender.

The BlueWater Canyon Pro DS (Dual Sheath) is an 8 mm canyoneering rope. It's sheath is made up of Polyester and Technora. It has a 100% HMPE core.

The Canyon Extreme rope is one of the top canyoneering ropes on the market. It is a thinner rope at 8 mm, but has great durability and strength. It has a Technora sheath for great cut resistance. It is made up of HMPE core strands making it a high strength rope and very light weight. It is NOT recommended to use this rope with an ATC or Pirana style descender due to potential slippage, especially on bigger rappels.  It is recommended that you use this rope with a descender that provides good friction like the Hoodoo Belay Device.
