Refunds and returns policy

Please read EVERYTHING on our refund policy page to make sure that you understand all policies and procedures related to your purchase.
Gear
For safety reasons there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on climbing or canyoneering gear.

Apparel
Clothing can be returned within 14 days if it has not been worn or washed.

Stickers (non-wholesale purchases)
Stickers can be returned within 14 days. However, they must be in their original condition.

Wholesale purchases
There are no returns on wholesale purchases for apparel or stickers.

Sale items
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items. All sales on sale items are final.

Defective and damaged product
If you receive products that are damaged or defective please contact us email and email us a photo of the defective or damage products

How to return an item
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return for shipping. Both the cost of shipping that was required to send you the item and the cost of the shipping to return the item. If you would like to return some items then first email us at Brian@VoyOut.com. Tell us why you would like to return the product(s). Once we approve the return then we will provide you with the address to ship the items to. Once we have confirmed / approved your return we will require that you provide us with a tracking number. We will NOT accept damage or worn apparel or products. Once your products are returned to us, we will then issue you a refund, minus the cost of the original shipping. It may take 3 to 5 days for the credit to show up on your credit card or bank account.
